Perfect Love

We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in his love. God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them. And as we live in God, our love grows more perfect. So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world. Hello. Its me Lord. Just me. I hope I haven't caught you at a bad moment. I know here are more pressing concerns than me. But I'm waiting Lord, waiting on you.

I know the things you have done through the ages, all the things you have done even in my generation; but I'm waiting Lord, waiting on you. It is not my doubt, or my hesitation, because I know you live. Its just that, I am waiting for you to visit me. Help me Lord to see more of you. Help me Lord to hear your voice above the noise of this world. Help me to pour my love on you. For you are more precious than wine. Sweeter than any perfume, even to the last drop. Every drop of water lingers on my lips to the very last taste.

My heart is overwhelmed for your love, for your grace, for your mercy. Precious Lord, wrap me beneath your wings, cover me with your breath, that the wind shall not overtake me; smile on me, that my heart will swell with the fragrance of your joy in me. Let the oil upon your head rush over me to anoint me above all others; I wait Lord, I wait on you.
